  Arranged a time for a quote, I had areanged to be home, tried calling etc- only to get in contact an hour and a half after he was due to arrive. He was busy at a job and hadnt bothered to contact me. Rescheduled the quote for a Saturday- stayed home again and didnt bother to show up or call or apologise!!! Still havent heard from them- a complete waste of my time!
